A fire is like a tornado, it comes through destroying everything it comes in contact with leaving an aftermath of devastation. Unfortunately, nobody can really be fully prepared for a disaster such as a fire. However, one phone call to SERVPRO of Marlboro/Concord can turn that devastation into motivation to move forward and restore your home to its "pre loss" condition. As you can see this home had a lot of contents in the basement. SERVPRO of Marlboro/Concord not only removed the contents, but also captured pictures of the non salvageable items to be provided for the customers insurance company. With the last of our equipment having been removed, and pictures to reinforce her insurance claim, this customer slept happily, "Like it never even happened."
