Framington Mold Remediation

A leak through the roof meant an accumulation of moisture on the interior side of the sheathing and the rafters. Our SERVPRO AMRT applied microbial remediation technicians promptly arrived at our customer's home in Framington. We assessed the damage and gave a detailed report of our findings and the impending scope of service. We set up a containment barrier between the attic crawl and the second-story of the structure to prevent the circulation of mold spores during the remediation and cleanup. The Before Photo, with the cellulose material covered in a black mold, was scraped using portable HEPA hand-held suctioning devices to capture the falling mold particles. The After Photo, though not very pretty, is free of mold colonies. An application of an antifungal agent can help prevent further issues. Of course, the roof was repaired, and the ductwork inspected for mold activity. Count on us to get the job done right the first time.
